Coach Randy Novak had nothing but praise for his Bramalea Blues after the all round effort put in against Aurora in a 4 to 3 shootout win. After gving up the first two goals, Blues struck back with two of their own by  Anthony Mastrodicasa and Joshua Burnell. Aurora took the lead once again before Jonathan Brand tied the game sending it to overtime. Nothing was decided and the only shootout goal came off Blues stick of Anthony Mastrodicasa to secure the win while Blues goaltender Dillion Branco stopped all four Aurora attempts.

"Defense and goaltending really stepped it up tonight" commented Blues coach Randy Novak in securing the win.

Blues host rival Brampton Dec 11 at he Powewrade Centre, game time 7.30pm and play host the following night in a rematch against trenton at the Powerade Centre, game time 7.30pm.

The Blues Jr. Hockey Club announced their Rookie Camp today for the upcoming 2009-2010 season. Coach Novak is looking to build on a great beginning for the new Blues Hockey Jr. Hockey Club.
